SEO and Organic Growth
These disciplines help a website be easier to find and easier to understand. A topical map and solid site structure give organic growth a plan, so content is not published at random.
I work across SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, and emerging search experiences to help businesses think more clearly about digital growth and make better-informed marketing decisions.
Many marketing problems are less about effort and more about direction. These are common places where things drift, and how I try to approach each one.
Tactics are picked before the goal is clear.
Understand the business objective first, then choose the tactics that serve it.
SEO, content, and website structure are handled separately.
Connect SEO, content, and site structure so each one supports the others.
Content quality and technical foundations are treated as separate jobs.
Look at technical health and content quality together, with the user experience in mind.
Ad spend runs without a clear way to judge it.
Treat paid advertising as a channel that needs measurement and ongoing optimization.
AI-driven discovery is ignored, or treated as a quick fix.
Consider how traditional search and AI-driven discovery relate, without promising inclusion in AI answers.
Decisions rest on assumptions instead of evidence.
Use relevant data, such as GA4, Search Console, and ads data, to guide decisions.
These are general observations about how marketing work can go off track, not claims about any specific client.
Five areas of work, and the practical role each one plays in a business’s digital marketing.
These disciplines help a website be easier to find and easier to understand. A topical map and solid site structure give organic growth a plan, so content is not published at random.
Advertising works best when it is tied to a business objective and judged against relevant performance measures. I focus on campaign strategy that can be measured and refined over time.
Useful content answers real audience questions, supports search visibility, and communicates what a business offers. Planning and optimization keep it consistent and purposeful.
Search is changing, and people increasingly find information through AI-driven experiences as well as traditional results. I look at how content can be structured to be clear and discoverable across both.
No one can promise inclusion in AI-generated answers, and I don’t.
A website’s structure, content, and marketing activity need to work together. This is where the other four areas are brought into one practical plan for sustainable growth.
These are the strengths I think are most relevant to a client, based on my experience.
My experience spans SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and website growth, so recommendations can consider how the channels affect one another.
I have worked in SEO and digital marketing roles, as a freelancer, and now as SEO Team Lead.
AI search visibility, AEO, and GEO are part of my areas of expertise, along with the relationship between content and discoverability.
My work spans planning, technical considerations, content, and marketing implementation, so a plan does not stop at the document stage.
A proposed four-step approach. The details change from project to project.
Understand the business, objectives, audience, website, and the marketing challenges involved.
Review the relevant information, identify opportunities, and assess the areas that need attention.
Develop a practical strategy based on your objectives, available resources, and identified priorities.
Carry out the agreed activities, evaluate relevant performance indicators, and look for ways to improve.
This is a working approach, not a formally documented or proprietary methodology.
If one of these sounds like your situation, my skills may line up with what you need.
These are areas of potential fit, not a list of past clients.
