The story

Awareness First, Then Leads

A real estate brand has to be known before anyone enquires, so our primary focus was awareness. Awareness campaigns built reach first, and a lead form campaign ran alongside them to turn that attention into enquiries.

  1. 1The goal

    Awareness first, leads next

Our primary focus was awareness, so six awareness campaigns built reach. One lead form campaign then captured enquiries.

  2. 2The reach

    Over a million people

The seven campaigns reached about 1.04 million people combined. The largest alone reached 637,322.

  3. 3The budget

    Short, small campaigns

Five shorter campaigns ran on ₹100 a day, each reaching 50,780 to 79,064 people.

  4. 4The leads

    44 leads from a form

The lead form campaign ran on ₹250 a day and recorded 44 leads at ₹90.02 each.

About the data. Figures come from a Meta Ads Manager campaign table, in Indian rupees, for 1 Sep 2026 to 21 Oct 2026. The seven campaigns shown may not be the whole account, and the last row is partly cut off. Combined reach adds each campaign’s reach, so people reached by more than one campaign are counted more than once. Totals (₹8,375 spend, 1.04M reach, 1.89M impressions) and the five-campaign totals are calculated from the rows shown. Two campaigns are still ongoing. Campaign names are blurred.
